Abstract:
A new computer-aided design for multi-layer microwave absorpt coatings has been proposed. In the method, the pattern recognition optimization technique is used to produce the initial points of the Nelder-Mead optimization method and the fault that the iteration process using usual optimization techniques frequently fall down into a local minimum is effectively avoided. Based of lated results, the relation between expanding band-width and absorpt-peak, the characteristics of electro-magnetic parameters in the first layer and the last layer are analyzied for obtaining the best design within certain limits of the given materials.
