一种微波吸收涂层的计算机辅助设计新方法

A NEW COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN METHOD FOR MICROWAVE ABSORPT COATINGS

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种应用模式识别优化技术的微波吸收材料多层涂层的计算机辅助设计新方法,避免了常规方法由于变量过多而常常陷入局部最小,从而获得多层涂层的优化设计方案。本文还分析了多层涂层扩展频宽和吸收峰的关系,讨论了最佳设计中对表面层和贴近金属层的材料电磁参数的要求。

     

    Abstract: A new computer-aided design for multi-layer microwave absorpt coatings has been proposed. In the method, the pattern recognition optimization technique is used to produce the initial points of the Nelder-Mead optimization method and the fault that the iteration process using usual optimization techniques frequently fall down into a local minimum is effectively avoided. Based of lated results, the relation between expanding band-width and absorpt-peak, the characteristics of electro-magnetic parameters in the first layer and the last layer are analyzied for obtaining the best design within certain limits of the given materials.
