色氨酸配位聚合物的热重和差热分析

TG and DTA Analysis of Tryptophan Coordination Polymers

  • 摘要: 氨基酸类聚合物材料具有良好的生物相容性,可通过生物降解来调控药物释放。研究其性质可为色氨酸配位聚合物材料的制备和应用提供重要参考。对L-色氨酸和铁(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)等过渡金属离子制备的6种M(II)-DL-Trp混配型色氨酸配位聚合物进行了热稳定性研究。其热稳定性次序符合埃文-威廉斯(Irving-Williams)规律,且这些配位聚合物中二价金属离子半径均≥0.6。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of L-Trp ligand,a series of Fe(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) M(Ⅱ)-(DL-Trp) coordination polymers were synthesized by a hydrothermal or solvent-thermal or mixed solvent-thermal method.The thermal stability of these coordination polymers was investigated by the thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis.The results show that the thermal stability of these polymers accords with Irving-Williams law.The radiuses of these divalent metal ions in polymers are less than 0.6.
