摘要: 应用爆炸冲击波加载技术,改进试验装置,解决了PZT95/5样品与负载的匹配问题,对PZT95/5铁电陶瓷在电感和电阻负载下的电响应进行了试验研究,得到了很好的试验结果:在60μH的电感负载上获得1660A的电流、在电阻负载上得到100kV以上的脉冲电压。Abstract: The electrical response of PZT95/5 ferroelectric ceramics subjected to normal mode shock stress was investigated. Based on the improved experimental devices and solving the matching problem of experimental specimens and loads, the maximum output current on a 60μH inductive load is 1660A, and the maximum peak voltage on resistive load is over 100kV.
