Abstract:
Composite films of C
60 and polymers, including Polyvincarbazole (PVK) and Poly-dispersered-one (PDRO), were grown on the ITO (Indium-Tin-Oxide) glass. The photoconductivity was measured by irradiating the composite films with a 250 W infrared lamp. From the experimental results, it is found that the photoconductivity of PDRO\C
60 composite films is much higher than that of PVK\C
60 with the double-layers construction. And the phenomenon of the photoconductivity change is primarily explained.
