Abstract:
In this paper,the hematite(Fe
2O
3) microspheres were synthesized by coprecipitation method,in which FeCl
3·6H
2O and NH
3·H
2O were as the main raw material, and Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium Bromide(CTAB) as surfactant. The components, morphology and magnetic property of the sample were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron midroscope(SEM) and magnetic measurement system(SQUID-VSM).The results show that:the iron oxide magnetic microspheres were spherical rhombohedral structure with the average diameter of 0.8-1.0um,the remanent magnetization(M
r) of 0.09 emu/g and the coercivity(H
c) of 12000e,respectively,exhibited a weak ferromagnetic.
