助熔剂对LiEuW2O8红色荧光粉性能的影响

Influence of Flux on Properties of LiEuW2O8 Red Phosphor

  • 摘要: 采用高温固相法合成了白光LED用红色荧光粉LiEuW2O8。着重研究了助熔剂对LiEuW2O8荧光粉的发光性能、结构、平均粒径和形貌的影响。助熔剂的加入可提高LiEuW2O8荧光粉的发射光谱强度。XRD测试结果表明加入合适的助熔剂有利于LiEuW2O8荧光粉的晶化,并且不引入杂相。将H3BO3和NH4F、Na2CO3共同作为助熔剂时,样品的相对亮度比单独加入一种助熔剂时要高。助熔剂的加入能有效降低荧光粉的中心粒径(D50)、控制粉体的粒径分布,且能改善荧光粉的形貌,适用于白光LED的制造。

     

    Abstract: LiEuW2O8,a red phosphor for white LED,was synthesized by high-temperature solid state reaction.The effect of luminescence characteristics,structure,average particle size and morphology of the LiEuW2O8 phosphor is emphatically studied with the fluxes.When adding flux,the intensities of emission spectra of LiEuW2O8 become much stronger.The XRD spectra shows that the flux can help to crytallize the phosphor,and no other phases are formed except the tetragonal system.When adding H3BO3 with NH4F and Na2CO3 as common flux,the relative brightness of sample is higher than add alone.The particle size and size distribution and the morphology of the phosphor can be improved with proper flux,which are suitable for the use in white LED device.
