缩聚多元醇液相还原法制纳米镍粉及其表征

Preparation and characterization of nickel nanopowders in diethyleneglycol by liquid-phase reduction

  • 摘要: 采用四水醋酸镍Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O为原料,一缩二乙二醇为液相还原剂,在一定的温度下进行反应,制备了纳米镍粉。测试结果表明:所制得的镍粉呈无团聚的球形颗粒,且粒径分布均匀,其晶粒尺寸约50nm,呈面心立方晶体结构,其比表面积为13.48m2·g-1;热分析表明纳米镍粉在空气中300℃开始氧化,到600℃时氧化完全。

     

    Abstract: Suspensions of metal powders or clu sters can easily be obtained by reduction of metallic salts with various reducing reagents.In this paper,the nanoscale nickel powders were prepared in the pre-sence of diethyleneglycol,which ac ted as reaction medium and reducing reagent at the suitable temperature.The results show that the obtained nickel particles are 50nm indiameter,and with narrow size distribution.The metallic nic kel is of face-center-cubic structu re.And the specificarea of the particles is 13.48m2·g-1.Moreover,the product is stable below 300℃ in the air.
