介观RLC电路的dcac响应特性

RESPONSES OF A MESOSCOPIC RLC CIRCUIT TO dc-AND ac-SOURCE

  • 摘要: 通过对经典运动方程的量子化得到一个具有SU(1,1)\oplusH(3)代数结构的含时Hamiltonian描写含源的介观RLC电路系统,用演化算符方法精确求解了此系统的量子动力学演化问题。据此详细地分析了介观RLC电路系统对理想dcac外源的动力学响应特性。

     

    Abstract: A time-dependent Hermitian Hamiltonian with SU(1,1)\oplusH(3) algebraic structure is constructed to describe a mesoscopic RLC circuit with a source by quantizing the relevant classical equation of motion. Quantum dynamical problem corresponding to such a system is exactly solved by evolution operator method. The response features of the mesoscopic RLC circuit to a dc and an ac source are then discussed in detail.
