Abstract: This paper describes the design of three kinds of GaAs dual-modulus high-speed frequency dividers. The principles of the dual-modulus frequency divider and logic design of three kinds of ICs is described firstly.Then the structures using SCFL as basic logic circuit are described and the simulated results are presented.
