Abstract:
CeO
2 nanowire arrays fabricated by a facile hydrothermal method on nickel foam have been modified with carbon by a simple immersion-calcination route.SEM, XRD and Raman spectra are used to charaeterize of as.synthesized samples.Glucose oxidase is immobilized onto the surface of carbon modifled CeO.nanowire arays to detect glucose concentration.The results show that biosensor based on CeO
2, nanowire arrays exhibits good performance towards glucose detection at positive potential,but the selectivity of the biosensor based on CeO
2,nanowire arrays is bad.However,glucose biosensor based on carbon modified CeO
2 nanowire arrays demonstrates excellent performance under negative potential,which also shows superb selectivity.
