Abstract: Electromagnetic micromotor of new construction with rotor diameter of 2mm are fabricated with microprocess and precision working method.Drive principle and fabrication process of electromagnetic micromotor are discussed in this paper. The rotating speed of motor can be adjusted, and the rotating direction is reversible.
