两步法电化学制备CuInSe2太阳能电池吸收层材料

Two-step electrodeposition of CuInSe2 thin-film absorber for solar cells

  • 摘要: 采用先沉积In2Se3薄膜,再沉积CuInSe2的两步法电化学制备薄膜太阳能电池CuInSe2吸收层材料。通过XRD、SEM、EDX等分析手段检测了材料形貌、结构以及组分等,结果表明薄膜组分比为CuIn1.7Se2.2,其中In和Se的含量相对化学计量比有所增加。循环伏安法研究表明CuInSe的沉积属于诱导共沉积范畴。

     

    Abstract: A new two-step electro-deposition process was developed to prepare CuInSe2 thin film absorber for solar cells.Firstly,In2Se3 precursor film was electro-deposited on Pt substrate,and then followed by the electro-deposition of CuInSe2 thin film.The CuInSe2 film was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The annealed thin film is smooth and polycrystalline.The composition of the film is CuIn1.7Se2.2,and the contents of In and Se are higher than the theoretical stoichiometry.The CV results indicate that the films are fotmed by introduced co-deposition.
