Abstract:
A new two-step electro-deposition process was developed to prepare CuInSe
2 thin film absorber for solar cells.Firstly,In
2Se
3 precursor film was electro-deposited on Pt substrate,and then followed by the electro-deposition of CuInSe
2 thin film.The CuInSe
2 film was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The annealed thin film is smooth and polycrystalline.The composition of the film is CuIn
1.7Se
2.2,and the contents of In and Se are higher than the theoretical stoichiometry.The CV results indicate that the films are fotmed by introduced co-deposition.
