Sr掺杂对WO3陶瓷电学性质及微观结构的影响

Effect of SrCO3 on the electrical properties and microstructure of tungsten trioxide ceramics

  • 摘要: 利用传统的陶瓷制备工艺制备了Sr掺杂的WO3陶瓷样品,测量了样品的显微结构和电学性质。结果表明,对于Sr掺杂来说,浓度为2mol%是一个临界点,在这一点处电学性质和微观结构都将发生显著的变化。掺杂浓度为0.2mol%的样品表现出较高的非线性系数8.7。实验中发现部分样品表现出电学的不稳定性,我们认为这种不稳定性与相共存以及由此导致的极化有关。

     

    Abstract: WO3 ceramic samples doped with different content of strontium carbonate from 0.2 to 10mol% were prepared with conventional electroceramic techniques.The microstructure and basic electrical characteristics of these samples were investigated.For the amount of Sr there is a turning value of around 2mol% at which the microstructure and electrical properties of WO3 ceramics exhibit an obvious variation.The sample with 0.2 mol% SrCO3 displays the highest nonlinear coefficient of 8.7 within current region from 1mA/cm2 to 10mA/cm2.Some samples of Sr-doped WO3 were found to exhibit instable electrical properties,which were attributed to the emergence of polarization at grain boundary and phase coexistence.
