基于LIGA工艺的电铸镍材料特性

Material characteristic of LIGA

  • 摘要: LIGA电铸镍的材料特性与其电铸时的工艺参数有着直接的关系。利用MEMS材料拉伸机对LIGA电铸镍进行拉伸实验,获得了其应力-应变曲线,通过数据处理和分析,获得了LIGA电铸镍的弹性模量、屈服极限以及断裂极限,并和纳米压痕仪测得的数据进行了对比,两者有较好的一致性。

     

    Abstract: The material characteristic of the electroplating Nickel of OGA has the direct relation with the parameter of LIGA.The stretching experiment of OGA Ni is carried out with MEMS tensile test machine. The stress-strain diagram is obtained.By the data processing and analyzing,the material characteristic of LIGA Ni,such as young’s modulus,yield limit and breaking limit are obtained.These material characteristic are compared with those material characteristic measured by Nanoindenter.Both are good consistency.
