Study on photoconducting properties of the C60-toluene derivation/diamond-like carbon films

  • 摘要: 报导了C60-甲苯衍生物/类金刚石复合膜的荧光光谱和光电导性能。与C60比较,室温下观测到C60-甲苯衍生物峰值位于460 nm的光致发光现象。随掺杂剂碘的加入,C60-甲苯衍生物的荧光强度递减,但薄膜的光电导性能却增加一个数量级。实验结果还表明,类金刚石膜的复合会使薄膜的光电导性能略微下降,但类金刚石膜可作为钝化膜使用。

     

    Abstract: A study of fluoresence spectra and photoconducting properties of C60-toluene derivation/diamond-like (DL) carbon films was reported. The fluorescence spectra show that C60-toluene derivation exhibits photoluminscence (PL) near 460 nm at room temperature in contrast to pure C60. But the PL intensity decreases after doping with I2. The photoconductivity of the films doped with I2 increases by one order of magnitude. The photoconducting intensity of the C60-toluene derivation/DL carbon films would be dropped a little as compared with pure C60-toluene derivation. The DL carbon film can be used as a passivation film.
