蓝紫光倍频晶体ZCTC晶体生长与透过性质研究

摘要: 硫氰酸锌镉(ZnCd(SCN)4),简称ZCTC,是自行研发的一种蓝紫光倍频晶体。通过恒温蒸发溶液来生长ZCTC晶体,测量了KSCN和ZCTC溶液的透过率曲线,发现SCN-基团是影响ZCTC晶体紫外截止波长的主要因素。研究还发现ZCTC晶体(100)面的透过率要高于(001)面,通过化学镀膜可以减少晶体表面反射损耗。ZCTC晶体经180℃,24h烘烤后,在300-800nm之间透过率明显下降。Abstract: Bimetallic thiocyanate crystal materials: zinc cadmium thiocyanate(ZCTC)is potentially useful in second harmonic generation(SHG). A large typical single crystal with dimensions up to 28mm × 10mm × 8mm was obtained by slow solvent-evaporation method. The transmission properties of KSCN and ZCTC in solution state and two transmission directions of the ZCTC crystal were discussed, the results show that SCN- is the main affecting factor of the UV cut-off wavelength of ZCTC crystal and the transparency of (100) plane is higher than(001)plane. Chemical coating is an effective method of reducing the surface reflection loss of ZCTC crystal. ZCTC crystal was kept in the oven about 180℃ for 24h, and the transparency of ZCTC crystal is declined between 300-800nm.
