Abstract:
this paper presents the implementation of the method a subminiature multi-stage band-pass filter. The band-pass filter based on LTCC technology is composed of eight good performance resonator,transmission zeros achieve good stop-band attenuation through cross coupling. By circuit simulation and the three dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software to optimize the simulation,the measurement results of filter match the electromagnetic simulation results,eight order band-pass filter,center frequency is 3. 15 GHz,the bandwidth is 100 MHz,within the scope of pass band insertion loss are more than 5. 4 d B,between 0 GHz and 3 GHz and more than 3. 31 GHz out-of-band attenuation are superior to 53 d B,the size is only 7 mm × 4 mm × 1 mm. The filter belong to S spectrum,short wavelength,strip-line distributed structure is adopted in this design to realize the miniaturization of the filter.
