基于LTCC技术的超小型多级带通滤波器的研究

Subminiature Multi-stage Band- pass Filter Based on LTCC Technology Research

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于LTCC技术的超小型多级带通滤波器的实现方法。该带通滤波器由八个性能良好的谐振器组成,其中传输零点通过交叉耦合实现良好的阻带衰减。通过电路仿真以及电磁场三维仿真软件进行优化仿真,滤波器的测量结果与电磁仿真结果相匹配,八级带通滤波器的中心频率为3.15GHz,带宽为100MHz,通带范围内插入损耗均优于5.4d B,在0GHz至3GHz频率以及3.31GHz频率以上的带外衰减均优于53d B,尺寸仅为7mm×4mm×1mm。该滤波器频段属于S波段,波长较短,本设计中采用了带状线分布式结构来实现滤波器的小型化。

     

    Abstract: this paper presents the implementation of the method a subminiature multi-stage band-pass filter. The band-pass filter based on LTCC technology is composed of eight good performance resonator,transmission zeros achieve good stop-band attenuation through cross coupling. By circuit simulation and the three dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software to optimize the simulation,the measurement results of filter match the electromagnetic simulation results,eight order band-pass filter,center frequency is 3. 15 GHz,the bandwidth is 100 MHz,within the scope of pass band insertion loss are more than 5. 4 d B,between 0 GHz and 3 GHz and more than 3. 31 GHz out-of-band attenuation are superior to 53 d B,the size is only 7 mm × 4 mm × 1 mm. The filter belong to S spectrum,short wavelength,strip-line distributed structure is adopted in this design to realize the miniaturization of the filter.
