NPC太阳电池的TiO2薄膜结构的研究

Study on the structure of TiO2 film in NPC solar cell

  • 摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法、粉末涂敷法和磁控溅射法在导电玻璃上制得纳米TiO2薄膜。电子衍射和X射线衍射实验表明该薄膜主要是锐钛矿相结构,透射电子显微镜实验证明了薄膜晶粒为纳米尺度,扫描电子显微镜实验观察了薄膜的表面形貌。分析并讨论了利用以上各种方法制得的纳米TiO2薄膜的结构及其所组成的染料敏化太阳电池的性能。发现由致密TiO2层和多孔TiO2层组成的多层TiO2薄膜组装的太阳电池的性能优于任一种单层TiO2薄膜。

     

    Abstract: Nanocrystalline TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel method, powder-coating method and magnetic sputtering. The surface and crystal structure of the TiO2 films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. It is found that the TiO2 films are mainly anatase structure with nano-size grains. Structure of the TiO2 films and behavior of the NPC solar cell composing of the TiO2 films were analyzed in detail. It is found that the multilayer (compact layer and porous layer) TiO2 films is better than any single layer TiO2 film for NPC solar cell.
