Abstract: Based on the model of 1-3 piezoelectric composites by Chan and the seriae and parallel theory of composites by Newnham,the calculation formulas of dielectric and piezoelectric constants of new 1-3-2 piezoelectric composites were deduced.A set of the 1-3-2 piezoelectric composites samples were fabricated.The characteristics of samples calculated by formulas agreed with measurement results well,and the relative errors were less than 10%.
