Abstract: A hybrid integrated optical pickup device was designed and prepared through optical design and chip design.It consists of microlens,photo detectors and CMOS integrated circuits.During the testing,the hybrid integrated optical pickup device shows pretty good output characteristics,which infers that the basic function of optical pickup device is achieved.
