Abstract:
The influence of MnCO
3 and BaZrO
3 additives on sintering temperature and dielectric properties of Ba(Zn
1/3Nb
2/3)O
3 ceramics,prepared by conventional solid sintering method is studied in this article. It shows that MnCO
3 and BaZrO
3 are excellent cosolvents which can form liquid phase during sintering and promote diffusion and crystallization,thus lower sintering temperature(Ts).The best Ts of system is 1260℃for sample 5#.Dielectric properties of system can be bettered when appropriate MnCO
3 and Ba-ZrO
3 added.0.35BZN-0.65SZN-1%MnCO
3sample has the best dielectric properties with Ts lower than 1300℃.
