冲击应力作用下PZT95/5铁电陶瓷电响应的理论分析

Study on electrical response of PZT95/5 subjected to shock stress

  • 摘要: 考虑了铁电介质的介电松弛和电导率松弛,及冲击波阵面在样品中传播过程的影响,改进了垂直模式冲击应力作用下铁电陶瓷电响应的理论,且理论分析与实验结果基本一致。

     

    Abstract: An improved theoretical mode of electrical response of normal mode shock stress compressed ferroelectric ceramics is introduced. The relaxation for the dielectric and conductivity of the ferroelectric material are considered as well as the shock front traveling in the specimen. Calculations show that the mode is accord with experiments.
