摘要: 以传统铁电陶瓷PZT-5a为原材料,通过线切割-填充法制备1-3型复合材料,重点研究了20℃到120℃升温过程中复合材料的介电、弹性、压电以及损耗特性,并分析了温度对参数影响的机理。结果表明相对介电常数、介电损耗、厚度机电耦合系数,机械损耗均会随着温度的升高而升高,介电损耗与机械损耗变化较为复杂,材料的谐振频率,声阻抗,弹性刚度系数会随着温度的升高而降低。这将为优化高温超声换能器的设计,提高其工作效率和特性,拓展在工业无损检测、水下声纳、生物医学以及工业处理等领域的应用,提供理论基础和技术支持。Abstract: 1-3 piezoelectric composite material was prepared by wire cutting and filling method with traditional ferroelectric ceramics PZT-5a as raw material. This paper mainly focus on the study of dielectric,elastic,piezoelectric and loss characteristics of the composite materials in the heating process 20℃ to 120℃ and analyze the mechanism of the effect of temperature on the parameters. The results show that the relative permittivity,dielectric loss,the thickness of the electromechanical coupling coefficient,mechanical losses will increase as the temperature rises. The change of dielectric loss and the mechanical loss is relatively complex. The resonant frequency of materials,acoustic impedance,elastic stiffness coefficient will decrease with increasing temperature. To conduct the research work of this project will provide theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the design of the high temperature ultrasonic transducer,improving the work efficiency and features,expanding the application in the fields of industrialnon-destructive testing,underwater sonar and biomedicine.
