片状银粉对太阳能电池银浆料电性能影响研究

Effects of flake silver powder on electrical properties of solar cells silver paste

  • 摘要: 为提高太阳能电池银导电浆料的导电性能,降低银粉用量,本文采用丝网印刷方法,探究了银粉形貌、银粉含量、不同银粉级配对银浆导电性能的影响,并对银膜导电机理进行了讨论。实验发现,在片状银粉含量占银粉总含量的80%时,方阻由球形银粉的15.65mΩ/□降低到7.41mΩ/□;作为导电相的混合型银粉含量在73%时,银膜方阻降到最低6.59mΩ/□,导电性能得到有效提高。这是因为片状银粉烧结后呈线接触或面接触状态,改变了球形银粉间点接触的导电模式,能有效降低银膜的体电阻率。

     

    Abstract: To improve the conductivity of silver paste used on solar cell and reduce the dosage of silver powders,screen printing method was accepted in this paper,and the influence of silver powders’ morphology,concentration and grading on the silver paste’ s performance were studied,and the conductivity mechanism of silver film was discussed. The was found that: when flake silver powders’ content was 80%,square resistance reduce from 15. 65 mΩ/□ by spherical silver powders to 7. 41 mΩ/□; As the conductive phase when the content of mixed silver powder’grading was 73%,square resistance of silver film reduce to 6. 59mΩ/□,the conductive properties of the silver film was improved effectively. This is because the line contact or surface contact state is shown after flake silver powder sintering,and changed the conductive mode of point contact of spherical silver powders,so it can effectively decrease the volume resistivity of the silver film.
