羧甲基淀粉基含钾和氮高吸水树脂吸附Fe3+性能研究

Performance of Including K and N Carboxymethyl Starch Super Absorbent Resin,s Adsorbing Fe3+

  • 摘要: 本文以羧甲基马铃薯淀粉、丙烯酸(AA)及其钾盐、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料合成了含钾、氮高吸水树脂,主要考察了丙烯酸的中和度、单体配比、Fe3+的初始浓度对废液中Fe3+的吸附容量和脱除率的影响。研究结果表明:以羧甲基马铃薯淀粉为原料合成的含钾、氮高吸水树脂对Fe3+的吸附性能较好,其最高吸附容量为100mg/g。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a kind of super absorbent resin were synthesized by graft copolymerization of Acrylic acid(AA) and its potassium salt/acrylamide(AM) onto carboxymethyl potato starch.The influence on adsorption capacity and removal rate,such as neutralization degree,mass ratio of AA and AM,concentration of Fe3+ were discussed.The results show that super absorbent polymer has the better adsorption effective for Fe3+,the maximum adsorption capacity is 100mg/g.
