软磁锰锌铁氧体的制备及性能研究

Studies on Synthesis and Properties of MnZn Soft Ferrite

  • 摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法和真空烧结工艺制备了尖晶石型锰锌铁氧体系列样品,研究了ZnO含量及烧结温度对样品性能的影响.结果表明:随着ZnO含量增加,样品的μi逐渐增加,但BS及Tc随之下降;在1400℃附近能获得较好的磁性能。当ZnO含量=24.5mol%时,样品的μi=7041,BS=310.9mT,HC=4.3A/m。

     

    Abstract: A series of spinel MnZn ferrites were prepared by chemical co-precipitation process,sintered in air,and cooled in vacuum.The effect of ZnO content and sintering process on the properties of the samples was discussed.With the increase of ZnO content,the initial permeability μi is greatly enhanced while the saturation magnetization BS and the Curie temperature Tc falls down.It is found that higher saturation magnetization Bs and initial permeability μi can be achieved simultaneously when the sintering temperature is about 1400℃;The sample of ZnO=24.5mol% has the value of μi=7041,BS=310.9mT,HC=4.3A/m.
