Influence of Ba2+ contentonferroelectric properties of (Na,K) NbO3 glass-ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用高温熔融法制备了(Na,K) Nb O3玻璃陶瓷,通过加入Ba2+作为成核剂来提高基玻璃析晶倾向,增大材料的介电常数;同时加入适量的Ba2+,根据钉扎效应,在一定程度削弱玻璃陶瓷复合材料中的界面极化,来增大击穿强度。对玻璃陶瓷的XRD物相分析、SEM微观形貌分析和介电性能测试。结果表明,加入Ba2+对(Na,K) NbO3玻璃陶瓷的晶体种类,晶体含量、微观形貌和介电性能产生很大影响。随着Ba2+含量的增加,(Na,K) NbO3玻璃陶瓷的储能密度先增大,后减小,当Ba2+含量为10wt%时,样品的储能密度最大,为1.02J/cm3

     

    Abstract: Ferroelectric glass-ceramics of the (Na,K) NbO3 system with different Ba2+ content have been prepared by melting method.Ba2+ was used as nucleating agent to improve the crystallization tendency and increase the dielectric constant of the glass-ceramic,and the inter facial polarization in glass-ceramic composites can be weakened by the pinning effect of the Ba2+ to increase the breakdown strength. The effect of different Ba2+ content on crystallization type,crystallization content,micro structures and dielectric properties of the glass-ceramics are studied using XRD techniques,SEM and LCR analyzer. The results show that with the increase of Ba2+ content,the energy storage density of (Na,K) NbO3 glass ceramics first increases and then decreases.The sample with 10 wt% Ba2+ achieves the highest energy storage density of 1.02 J/cm3.
