Abstract:
Ferroelectric glass-ceramics of the (Na,K) NbO
3 system with different Ba
2+ content have been prepared by melting method.Ba
2+ was used as nucleating agent to improve the crystallization tendency and increase the dielectric constant of the glass-ceramic,and the inter facial polarization in glass-ceramic composites can be weakened by the pinning effect of the Ba
2+ to increase the breakdown strength. The effect of different Ba
2+ content on crystallization type, crystallization content, micro structures and dielectric properties of the glass-ceramics are studied using XRD techniques,SEM and LCR analyzer. The results show that with the increase of Ba
2+ content, the energy storage density of (Na,K) NbO
3 glass ceramics first increases and then decreases. The sample with 10 wt% Ba
2+ achieves the highest energy storage density of 1.02 J/cm
