热处理对金红石型TiO2光催化性能的影响

Influence of heat treatment on photocatalysis of rutile TiO2

  • 摘要: 研究了纳米金红石型TiO2经空气和氨气气氛热处理后其光催化性能的变化。利用UV-VIS分光光度计,X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对热处理前后的样品进行了表征。结果表明:在紫外和可见光照射下,NH3中525℃热处理和空气中600℃热处理所得样品的光催化性能比未经处理的样品分别提高了30%和60%。样品在热处理前后晶体结构和晶粒大小都未发生变化。氨气中热处理的样品含有微量的氮元素。

     

    Abstract: The influence of heat treatment in air and NH3 atmosphere on the photocatalysis of nanometer rutile TiO2 were studied. The samples were characterized by UV spectrophotometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that the photocatalytic activity of samples after heat treatment at 525℃ in NH3 and at 600℃ in air are improved by 30% and 60%, compared to that of original sample under ultraviolet and visible light irradiation. The samples keep rutile crystal structure and size unchanged after heat treatment. Slight amount of nitrogen is detected in NH3 -treated TiO2.
