辅助新材料设计的智能数据库

INTELLIGENT DATABASE USABLE FOR THE MAIERIAL DESIGN

  • 摘要: 本文研究了辅助新材料设计的智能数据库,它以图文数据库(包括化学成分,制备条件,材料微观结构等)中大量信息为基础,综合数据库,图象处理,模式识别,人工神经网络和优化决策等手段,完成材料配方设计和工艺参数优化设计。本文以实例介绍了智能数据库优化设计的过程。

     

    Abstract: An intelligent database usable for the material design has been studied. Informations (including graphics and text type data) about chemical composition, manufacture conditions and micro-structure data for various kinds of materials were stored in the database. These informations were analyzed by several methods such as graphic treatment, pattern recognition, artificial neural network and optimized policy decision to complete the design of materials prescription and the optimization of technological parameters. An example is introduced to illustrate the whole process.
