Abstract: Different types of composite ferroelectric ceramics PZT were prepared. Nonlinear pyroelectric effect in the materials during F_RL-F_RH phase transition was investigated. The relationship between non-linear pyroelectric effect and ion diffusion in the materials was analyzed and discussed.
