膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂的制备及性能研究

摘要: 本文将硝酸银溶液与酸改性膨润土进行离子交换反应,膨润土做模板,十二烷基苯磺酸钠做分散剂和稳定剂,紫外光照射协同作用,通过光还原法成功制备得到了膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂。采用扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜、能谱分析测试表征膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂的结构与性能,测试结果表明:膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂的膨润土片层中夹插有球状纳米银,纳米银颗粒直径为3~20 nm,其中大部分粒径小于8 nm。膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂中纳米银含银量为2.04wt%。膨润土载纳米银抗菌剂有很好的抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为25μg/m L,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50μg/m L,能快速抑制细菌的生长。Abstract: Bentonite loading nanosilver( Nano-Ag/BT) antibacterial agent was prepared using silver nitrate solution and acid treated bentonite under UV light irradiation by photochemistry reduction method with bentonite as template and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate as dispersant and stabilizer. The structure and properties of Nano-Ag/BT were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope,High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersion Spectrometer. The results show that the spherical nanosilver was interposed into the interlayers of bentonite with the sizes in 3-20 nm and most of the nanosilver sizes less than 8 nm. The nanosilver content of the Nano-Ag/BT was 2.04 wt%. The NanoAg/BT had good antibacterial properties against E. coli( ATCC8099) and S. aureus( ATCC6538). The Minimal Inhibitory Concentration( MIC) for Nano-Ag/BT are 25μg/m L against E. coli and 50μg/m L against S.aureus. It can inhibit the growth of bacteria quickly.
