Abstract:
Efficient preparation of surface micropatterns is an important process in the preparation of new surface microcosmic materials, and its technological process has been optimized and explored. A low cost and high efficiency method for preparing micropatterns on glass surface is introduced. Using functional ink, high resolution micron patterns are printed on the glass surface by microinjection technology. The micro-morphology of the micro-pattern was observed to evaluate the print quality, and the different process parameters(the number of orifices, the piezoelectric waveform and the point spacing) that affect the print quality were also studied. The experimental results show that when the print ink with the model TEST-01 is printed on the surface of the glass, the piezoelectric waveform is set to TEST-01, the number of injection holes is 2, and the value of DS is 20 μm, and the best printing effect can be obtained.
