Application of electrorheological fluids to fluid power control

  • 摘要: 电流变液作为工作介质应用于流体控制系统,可用于没有机械运动部件的流体控制阀,阀的流量和压降可直接由电场信号来调节。介绍了电流变阀的设计准则,设计制作了4件电流变阀组成一流体控制元件用于流体动力控制,并对不同电场强度下的流量、压力特性等进行了理论和实验分析。

     

    Abstract: The design criterion of electrorheological (ER) valve was proposed, four ER valves were then manufactured, and an ER fluid control system consisting of ER valves bridge circuits was con-structed. The results from theoretical and experimental studies show that the flow rate gain of ER fluidcontrol unit is near linear and flow-pressure characteristics are almost unvaried upon different electricfield strength.
