SrTiO3(110)上水热法外延生长PbTiO3薄膜

摘要: 利用低温水热合成工艺,在一定浓度比的Pb(NO)3,TiCl4的混合强碱性水溶液中,和在(120℃,0.25MPa)的水热反应条件下,首次成功地在SrTiO3(110)单晶衬底上生长出具有(110)面织构的PbTiO3外延薄膜。Rutherford背散射/沟道(RBS/C)分析表明薄膜外延质量较高,沟道最低产额(Xmin)达0.42。Abstract: A(110)in-plane textured PbTiO3 thin film has been successfully synthesized on SrTiO3(110) single crystal substrate by using a new hydrothermal scheme. This technique involed submerging the substrate in an alkaline aqueous solution of Pb (NO3)2 and TiCl4 and holding the system under a hydrothermal condition of l20℃ and 0.25MPa. RBS/C analysis proved that a high quality epitaxial PbTiO3 thin film with minimum yield (Xmin of 0.42 was obtained.
