Abstract:
A waterborne conductive coating, based on conductive silver-coated copper powders as filler with flake-shaped particles and latex of waterborne polyurethane and latex of waterborne acrylic as binder, was prepared. The influences of binder, content of conductive filler, solvent and film thickness on coatings performance were described, and the reasons were discussed based on the microstructure of coating and the conductive mechanism. The results show that the shielding effectiveness of the coating improves.
