STUDY OF OXYGEN DIFFUSION IN YBa2Cu3O7-δ WITH RESISTIVITY MEASUREMENT

摘要: 用电阻法测量了YBa2Cu3O7-δ c取向外延膜进脱氧过程,结果表明在氧含量变化范围较小的情况下,进氧、脱氧速率相近。用X射线衍射方法证明了YBa2Cu3O7-δ c取向外延膜电阻率与氧含量成指数关系,获得氧化学扩散激活能约为0.9ev。Abstract: In situ resistivity measurement was used to monitor oxygenation and deoxygenation processes in YBa2Cu3O7-δ c-textured thin film. The results showed that the rates of in-diffusion and out-diffusion were close. The exponential relation between resistance and oxygen content was proved to be true with X-ray diffraction measurement, the activation energy of chemical diffusion was obtained to be about 0.9ev.
