坑道工程口部红外示假智能控制系统研制

Manufacture of intelligentized infrared decoy control system of Tunnel engineering gateway

  • 摘要: 坑道工程内部温度一年四季变化幅度很小,而工程外部背景温度受光照、气温、热交换等多种因素影响,一年四季,一天24小时变化都很大,造成坑道工程口部热红外特征比较复杂,单一手段难以做到全时段精确模拟。本文利用单片机、温度传感器、固体继电器等元器件设计一套红外示假智能控制系统,具有示假效果好、信息化程度高、可实时控制等优点,经过野外试验证明系统运行稳定,可实时模拟口部不同时段的典型热红外特征,为工程口部热红外示假实时控制提供了有效技术手段。

     

    Abstract: The change of inside temperature of tunnel engineering is very small all the year round,the temperature of background outside the tunnel engineering affected by manifold factors such as illumination,lapse rate and heat exchange changes greatly all the year round and one day,so the infrared characteristic of tunnel engineering gateway becomes complexity,single means can hardly simulate accurately and momentarily. A intelligentized infrared decoy control system is designed by singlechip,temperature sensor and solid relay,it has the advantages of good decoy effect,high informationization and controlling in real time,the system is proved by the field test that running is steady and it can simulate the typical infrared characteristic of tunnel engineering gateway in different period of time,it offers a available technique for controlling the infrared decoy of engineering gateway in real time.
