Abstract: A micropump that is one of the key components used in FIA system has been designed and tested. The valveless micropump consists diffuser/nozzle elements, driven by an electromagnetic/mechanical driver. Only dry batteries are needed. The testing results show that the pump can work smoothly at the liquid flow rate range from 0 to 1.5 ml/min. The pump has a simple structure and controllable flow rate. So it’s fit for manufacturing.
