摘要: 设计并制作了一种石英玻璃材料的PCR(PolymeraseChainReaction)微池芯片,使用商用热循环仪控温。通过实时测量芯片微池内温度,改进温度控制程序,使用BSA(牛血清白蛋白)处理微池内壁等优化工作,实现了DNA片段的有效PCR扩增。Abstract: A kind of Micro-chamber PCR Chip was designed and fabricated. The material of the chip is SiO2 glass. Commercial thermal cycler was used to control the temperature. The thermal control procedure was optimzied through real-time temperature measure inside the chip chamber. The chamber wall was covered by BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin). PCR amplification of DNA fragment is realized.
