BiOI/GO光催化剂的制备及其光催化降解甲基橙性能

摘要: 采用有机酸辅助调控和低温液相沉淀法制备碘氧化铋/氧化石墨烯(BiOI/GO)光催化剂,通过FTIR、FESEM、拉曼光谱和XRD对其结构进行了表征,研究了BiOI/GO光催化剂光降解甲基橙染料的循环再生利用性能。结果表明:BiOI/GO光催化剂对甲基橙染料的第一次光催化降解率为96.8%,第五次光催化降解率仍达81.2%。XRD表明BiOI/GO光催化剂主要成分为高结晶度的BiOI,FTIR初步表明BiOI/GO光催化剂具有氧化石墨烯和BiOI的特征吸收峰。拉曼光谱表明BiOI/GO光催化剂具有氧化石墨烯的成分和结构。FESEM表明BiOI/GO光催化剂形状为片状或层状,氧化石墨烯以薄纸状覆盖在BiOI催化剂表面。Abstract: Bismuth iodide/Graphene oxide(BiOI/GO) photocatalysts were prepared by organic acid assisted regulation and low temperature liquid phase precipitation. Structure of BiOI/GO photocatalysts were characterized by FTIR, FESEM, Raman and XRD. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange dye by BiOI/GO photocatalysts was 96.8% in the first time and 81.2% in the fifth time. XRD showed that BiOI/GO photocatalysts were mainly composed of BiOI with high crystallinity. FTIR preliminarily showed that BiOI/GO photocatalysts had the characteristic absorption peaks of graphene oxide and BiOI. Raman spectroscopy showed that BiOI/GO photocatalysts had the composition and structure of graphene oxide. FESEM indicated that the BiOI/GO photocatalysts were in the shape of sheet or layer, and the graphene oxide was covered on the BiOI catalyst surface in the form of thin paper.
