金属导电短纤维提高Ni涂层导电性能研究
INVESTIGATION ON ADDITION OF SHORT METALLIC FIBRE FOR ENHANCING THE CONDUCTIVITY OF Ni PAINT

摘要: 探索了金属导电短纤维提高电磁波屏蔽用Ni涂层导电性能的机制。结果表明,金属导电短纤维能大幅度地提高Ni涂层的导电性能,经分析是由于增大涂层中导电网络的密度所致。还对复合型涂层的屏蔽效能进行了理论预测。Abstract: The mechanism of short metallic fibre enhancing the conductivity of Ni paint, which is used to shielding against electromagnetic wave, was studied. The results showed that, short metallic fibre could increase the conductivity of Ni paint in great degree, which was mainly caused by increasing the density of conductive net in the Ni paint. The shielding effectiveness of composite paint was also studied and forecasted theoretically in this paper.
