CoxFe3-xO4薄膜的湿法制备及性能

PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF COxFe3-xO4 FILMS

  • 摘要: 提出了在碱性溶液中通过加入添加剂在涤纶(PET),玻璃,铜片等基体上快速制备CoxFe(3-x)O4磁性薄膜的方法。实验结果表明,湿法制备的薄膜具有多晶的尖晶石结构,随着Co含量的增高,矫顽力逐渐增大,耐蚀性良好。

     

    Abstract: The way of preparing CoxFe3-xO4 films in aqueous solution was suggested It was found that CoxFe3-xO4 films with different contents of Co could be formed quickly on PET, glass and Cu substrates by adding suitable additives to the solution. The films were of poloycrystalline-spinel structure, with no preferred orientation. The coercive forces were increased with the increase of Co contents in the films and magnetic properties were stable after exposure to 60℃/90%RH for 14 days.
