  • 摘要: 概述了基于氮掺杂石墨烯量子点(N-GQDs)在电化学免疫传感器、适配体传感器、细胞传感器、酶促电化学生物传感器, 以及其他生物电分析领域中的最新研究进展, 涉及了N-GQDs的制备, N-GQDs结构对传感性能的影响, N-GQDs与不同类型信号传导器的结合等, 分析了各类NGQDs基电化学生物传感器目前存在的主要问题, 介绍了N-GQDs基电化学生物传感器的发展趋势, 包括新的基于N-GQDs集成生物传感器的开发和应用等。

     

    Abstract: The latest research progress of N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs) in electrochemical immunosensors, aptasensors, cytosensors, enzymatic electrochemical biosensors, and other fields of bioelectrical analysis are summarized, involving the preparation of N-GQDs, the effect of N-GQDs structure on sensing performance, the combination of N-GQDs with different types of signal conductors, etc.The main problems existing in various types of N-GQDs based electrochemical biosensors are analyzed, and the development trend of N-GQDs based electrochemical biosensors, including the development and application of new N-GQDs based integrated biosensors.
