铁氮化合物的制备及电磁性能

Fe-N particles: preparition and the electromagnetic performance

  • 摘要: 本文阐述了材料吸波性能的表征方法,利用固气反应原理制得铁氮化合物,通过XRD测试其生成产物,并对生成产物的电磁性能利用网络矢量分析法进行测试。通过研究发现:在550℃、氨氢比为1:1的条件下氮化5h制得的产物的电磁性能最佳。在1M~1.5GHz的频段内,铁氮化合物具有良好的电磁参数。

     

    Abstract: The characterization methods are expatiated in this paper. The Fe-N compounds are synthesized by the solid-gas reaction method. The particles’ component and the widely distributed micrometer particles are shown by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the electromagnetic performance of the product is tested by the Agilent impedance analyzer. The result of the study shows that the product which is obtained at 550℃,3h,NH3/H2=1:1 has the best electromagnetic performance, especially at 1M~1.5GHz.
