Heat transfer of micro direct methanol fuel cell

  • 摘要: 根据各种传热机理建立了微型直接甲醇燃料电池的热传导模型,通过分析热量主要散失途径,对甲醇流速和封装材料对热传导的影响进行研究与优化。研究表明,减小甲醇流速有利于减小甲醇溶液流出带走的热量,热导系数小、厚度大的封装材料有利于减小对流和辐射散热。

     

    Abstract: A heat transfer model of micro direct methanol fuel cell(μDMFC) is built based on heat transfer mechanisms in this paper.The influence of methanol flow velocity and packaging material on heat transfer is studied by analyzing primary mechanisms of heat dissipation.The researches demonstrate that the quantity of heat that is taken away by methanol solution can be reduced by slowing down the methanol flow velocity,and a thick package made by materials with small heat transfer coefficient can decrease the convection and the radiation of heat dissipation.
