提高电泳微芯片的检测信噪比的方法

A novel method to improve signal-to-noise ratio of micro-channel electrophoresis detection

  • 摘要: 一种对于电泳微芯片的检测信号进行处理的新方法,可以提高其信号的信噪比。这种基于激光诱导荧光(LIF)检测系统的方法,通过对检测信号进行的一系列低通滤波、放大等处理,从而达到提高信噪比、降低检测限的目的。将本方法应用于DNA片段的分离实验中,可以提高信噪比(SNR)至6-8倍,检测限(LOD)降低至10-10mol/L。

     

    Abstract: A new method for micro-channel electrophoresis detection was suggested.It was developed and optimized by using a laser induced fluorescence(LIF)based detection system.In this detection system,signal was sampled and processed through a novel process module.The result shows that this process method can provide better signal-to-noise ratio(SNR =6-8)and lower limit of detection(LOD = 10-10mol/L)in DNA segments separation.
