解码驱动隔离一体化的QQ机械码鉴别器设计

Design of integrated QQ mechanical coded discriminator

  • 摘要: 传统机械密码鉴别器结构复杂,可动件多,体积较大,对加工工艺和装配要求很高。提出一种便于扁平化和微型化的新型QQ机械密码鉴别器设计思想,包括微型机械迷宫、微型执行器、微型步进位置反馈、微型能量隔离门、密码控制与驱动电路等组成部分,融UQS机械解码、步进驱动、能量物理隔离三种功能于一体,具有高度集成、体积微小、结构简洁、易于扁平封装、零件数和可动件大幅度减少,工艺相对易于MEMS实现等特点,可以灵活应用于多种能量的物理隔离。详细介绍了工作原理和设计分析。

     

    Abstract: Traditional mechanical code discriminator has complex structure,many moveable parts,larger volume and difficult to be fabricated and assembled.Presented a new type design idea named QQ mechanical code discriminator,including micro mechanical maze,piezoelectric driver,stepper position detection,energy isolator.Integrated mechanical code discrimination,stepping driving,stepper angle detection and energy physical isolation in a compacted structure,driving inside and decoding outside,maximum volume utilization and minimum load torque need,easy to be MEMS fabricated and less parts number,easy to realize flat package,it can be widely applied in various energy physical isolation for high-class safety fields.Operation principle and design analysis were detailed introduced.
