STUDIES ON PHASE TRANSITION OF FERROELECTRIC CERAMICS OF PZT (Mn, W) AND PZT (Mg, M) SYSTEMS BY THERMOPHYSICAL METHOD

摘要: 用日本TLP-18型激光热常数仪（闪光法）和电学法对PZT（Mn，W）、PZT（Mg，W）两个系统铁电陶瓷材料相变规律进行了热物性研究。并对二种方法研究相变的特点进行了对比分析。

Abstract: The phase transition of ferroelectric ceramics of PZT (Mn, W) and PZT (Mg, W) systtem is studied by the laser flash and electric methods. The characteristi cs and differences of phase transition obtained by the above methods are discussed.
