碳纤维(毡)的电磁改性现状与发展趋势

Current status and development trend of modifying electromagnetism character of carbon fiber (felt)

  • 摘要: 综合介绍了碳纤维(毡)作为吸波材料的损耗机理及其在国内外研究现状,指出对碳纤维(毡)进行电磁改性是现阶段的主要研究内容。电磁改性的方式主要有:结构编排、异形截面、表面掺杂、螺旋手征结构。螺旋手征碳纤维(MCCF)因其特有的手征特性而展示出广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Wave absorbing mechanism and research of current status of carbon fiber(felt) as absorbing material are introduced. It is pointed out that the modifying of EM character is main task at present. There are following ways for modification of the EM character:structural arrangement,noncircular section, surface adulteration,micro-coiled stucture. The micro-coiled carbon fiber(MCCF) shows broad pros- pect of application because of its special helix characteristic.
