基于改进的粒子群算法的MEMS移相器设计

Design of MEMS phase shifter based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm

  • 摘要: 针对射频微机电系统(MEMS)移相器在传统设计过程中参数的复杂性和关联性以及设计过程繁琐等问题,提出了一种基于混合自适应变异粒子群算法设计的新思路。通过将改进后的粒子群算法运用到MEMS移相器性能的研究中,简化其设计过程。与传统的设计方法相比,节省了大量的时间并表现出优良的性能,实现了0度90度任意相移量,而且移相器的相移精度也显著提高。结论表明该方法能够有效的应用于MEMS移相器的设计。

     

    Abstract: Considering the complicacy,relevance,and low design efficiency in the conventional design of a MEMS phase shifter,an innovative idea,which adopts Hybrid Adaptive Mutation Particle Swarm Optimization,is proposed. Then,this new algorithm is applied to research the property of a MEMS phase shifter,which simplifies its design process. Co MParing with the conventional design,the new method can save plenty of time and show high property. Besides,the phase shifter can obtain phase shift from 0 to 90 deg and a high phase accuracy. The improved method can be applied to the design of MEMS phase shifter.
